This service is not worth it. They give your listing to realtors that don’t care and take days to respond. When it does go on the mls realtors can’t find your number. Waste of money. Better if just having a real agent work for you.

I was so impressed with all aspects of the process when working with I Sold My Home.com. They were great! It's all done online, but a real person enters your info... that person caught that the tax record had more sqft than I had listed, so they updated it! It's been VERY easy to work with them, and I was able to save 2.5% (~$10K) by selling my house myself. Honestly, I don't know why anyone would use a broker to sell a house in the current market.
