I never thought it would be this easy saving a LOT of money. All documentation to set up the listing and close the sale was done online with DocuSign. Only one in-person meeting at time of closing was necessary, and even that could have been done online. I ordered the lockbox and one sign; I got an offer before it even arrived. If you think you're going to need a lockbox, be sure that your property doesn't get listed before the product arrives (2-4 days). <grin></grin>

Prior to listing my home with ISoldMyHousecom. I was having trouble selling by myself. Realtors in my market would refuse to show their clients my home unless I listed with an agent on the MLS. Even after the same agency doing a showing at the house next door that was listed at the same price. A for sale sign on the front lawn is not good enough these days when realtors won't let their clients view the for sale by owner home next door. Ask to pay before you proceed to listing my house. After that was rediecred to another online service, which ask to provide my credit card information again and all house details and pictures again . Trying to cansel , which is hard. ISoldMyHouse explained ( email only) they have some issue with their listing broker and now you have to go throw another flat fee MLS provider. So simply speakig they just take money from you and pay another similar to ISoldMyHouse service and take the difference without doing absolutelly nothin... read more
