I am moving out of one of the properties that they manage (Rabbitbrush Run in Elko, NV), and was told they do not honor my deposits or my last month rent that I paid when I moved in. Alana (the site Manager) told me that they do not have any record of my payment. When I moved in, I paid first, last, security deposit, as well as a $1,000 pet deposit. I no longer have a lease, I have been month to month for some time now. I highly recommend that you do not do business here.
Long story short, avoid this company!!! ISM will do all they can to avoid honoring your move-in deposits if and when you move out. The management team at the Rabbitbrush Run Apts in Elko NV are horrible!! They are fine as long as they are getting your money, but once you inform them you are moving, their tone quickly changes and their true colors come out. I called to ask about 43rd place apartments. Taking off 2 stars because It is ridiculous to expect people to apply for an apartment without showings and that makes it feel like a scam. I called back and asked "Can you see the apartment before you sign the lease?" And.... the answer was basically, NO! Unless it is vacated at the time you're going to sign the lease, you cannot view the unit. What in the world is this??
