C level was an awesome restaurant with an amazing view. Even better was the delicious food and the unbelievable service! Our waitress, Jessie, was so attentive and answered all of our questions. Her whit and friendly demeanor made our date night perfect. We will be recommending C level to anyone visiting San Diego!

I have become a regular customer at Island Prime, since I was introduced to this classy restaurant years ago. 5-Stars in all categories and the views are magnificent.
Just fantastic! The view was serene,calm, and romantic. The food was excellent. The service outstanding. Great prices. C level up s where it’s at.
Appertizers were delicious, service was great and beauyiful view. However, the two main dishes we got the scallops and cod was too salty that it made difficult to finish.
I did I loved it - great shrimp salad - wonderful view of course and the cheese cake was top notch We will certainly go back as we live in downtown Little Italy
Loved the food and the view! A little confusing where one restaurant stops and one starts. Asked for a table next to the water waited 30 minutes and was brought to a table not next to the glass. Server was very short and no dialog, it wasn't until after I ordered I remember she didn't tell us the specials for the evening. Oh well my food was amazing which made up for her.
