You can't find a better view, lobster bisque, cocktails and service. It's a great way to feel like you are on vacation when you live here. Happy hour is fantastic.
The c-level Louis salad is phenomenal. The mussels sauce is to die for. Even asked for the leftover sauce to be boxed up so we could take it home.
WE loved our food and loved our waitress as well! The atmosphere was amazing

As a native San Diegan, C Level is still my favorite restaurant in SD. Best view/ atmosphere, fantastic food, always great service, and a totally reasonable price.

Atmosphere was great service was great but way to expressive. Food was good but not worth the money. Paying for the view!
