Service was pretty slow, ordered drinks right off, then appetizers when they brought drinks. Quite a wait for appetizers, and slow to come back for food order. Food was very good!
We have going to Island Prime and C Level for years! It's our favorite in San Diego! You can't beat the view, the service, and the food! A must for everyone!
Beautiful place for our dual celebration of a new job and a (so far) successful first year in college. Justin was our waiter and did a fine job; knowledgeable and personable too. Gorgeous view from our window seat! Husband had the pork chop; he said it was amazing. I had the cod (would never have ordered that without Justin's suggestion). Amazing food, great environment and pleasingly aesthetic. However, our waitress was completely rude, she decided to pay most attention to where she thought she was going to receive a larger tip. Island Prime is absolutely wonderful! We accidentally made reservations for Coasterra next door with the intention of eating at Island Prime...and not only did they accommodate a BEAUTIFUL table overlooking downtown San Diego and the water, but they also called and cancelled our other reservations! Delicious food, excellent service, spectacular views. My husband and I enjoyed another wonderful dining experience at Island Prime last night. Our server Enrique was outstanding. Looking forward to another great meal soon.
