Called & asked for the parts department, someone picked up & asked if I could hold. I said “sure”. After 15 minutes & the guy didn’t come back to my call I figured it was time to call someone else. I purchased my vehicle there almost a year ago & had a terrible experience, thought I’d see if the parts department was any better but..apparently there is no customer service in ANY department.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the rec room is marvelous. I would highly recommend Island Lincoln.
Just beware when buying used cars from tgis dealership. They will say they ran all kind of tests and it might be a lie. In less than three days A/c stop working. Not as reputable as I thought. Even talk to them before writing a review and they just wash their hands and didn't do anything. Avoid sales rep. Sonny Morison at all cost! *** UPDATE*** BEWARE OF THIS DEALER.... Was shopping for the car for almost a year. Got the right car at a perfect price. Great car buying experience!
A couple weeks ago I bought a Lincoln MKZ. My wife drives a Mercedes and in the comfort, roominess, and power categories I rank the lincoln a little higher, Handling goes to the Mercedes but I am pleased that I bought a Lincoln. The dealer was efficient and the dealership is unique.
Have had wonderful service and care for my Lincoln. Would really like a new car and maybe over soon. Hard to believe my car is 10 years old. Have never had to have anything major!!
