I bought my Mercury Grand Marquis nine years ago from Island Lincoln and have serviced it completely to date at their service department. I have had friendly, accommodating, excellent service through the years. They have always kept my car serviced properly and I am always pleased when I leave knowing I have had it serviced with what was necessary and well done! I highly recommend dealing with the Island Lincoln personnel.
just bought an MKX and Sonny was a pleasure to assist us. We drove up from Hollywood, especially for this car(blue). The whole experience was a pleasure. I will def buy from them again.
Not very professional. My mom is no longer allowed to drive and they refuse to help us during this difficult time. For 24 years they leased my mom cars. They lied to my sister, the manger is very rude and when challenged acted childish. Please beware!
