I had an excellent experience with Graham in the Service Department. He kept me advised of the status of the repair on our MKX. Graham is a professional who was multi-tasking with many people and keeping them all informed of the progress on there vehicles. A true professional who is a pleasure to work with. We have worked with a sales person before and that experience was great. However, when we brought our car in for service, we were really disappointed. In several different aspects we received poor customer service. I have brought it to the attention of the dealership through their standard texted survey and again through a follow up call. One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. The certified pre-owned Lincoln mkX we purchased is an awesome car, good deal, great warranty and all the staff members did their best to make us feel welcome.
Do as they say the quick lane is open at 730 and customers arrive there around 8 oclock the service technicians do not show up till 830 and could care less if the customer has been waiting or not they have to get their coffee and chat with fellow co workers about what they did the night before. It is easier to go to Western auto up the street
