This place is a joke my fiance took our 5 almost 6 month old son in here on 3 separate occasions. The doctors said that the baby was just fine and not to worry about his cold. Come to find out today at urgent care that he had bronchitis bordering on pneumonia. Oh and when I went here for an emergency cesarian they gave me something without checking to see how far dilated I was. Which in turn made it to where they had to resuscitate him after birth.... Not to mention that my fiance's mom is now on oxygen full time from them s... read more
The ER Dr and Nurses were great. Quick and kind to my son.
Very nice rooms. Large, not needing to share with others on second floor. Very nice.
They have an incredible birthing center!
So I get scheduled for an initial appointment 6 months out, appointment day arrives and because I was busy at work I get a certified letter(required a signature). Talk about BS, this is harassment and not acceptable. Medical clinics should not dictate or require anything from people seeking care and demand outrageous requirements. You are there to provide a service. So much for the Island Hospital Promise(on the bottom of the letter). That is completely false. Smh!
