Want to give a shout out to the awesome staff at island hospital surgery team, physical and occupational therapy and especially all men and ladies of nurse's station south . I had unexpected hard time day two of my four day stay back spasms for like 18hrs which caused me to sprain my neck whiplash. Their determination and care got me the the right stuff. The special dinner tonight was amazing! Osso Bucco! I can't wait to try more special dinners in the future! I have always been impressed with the food in the Bistro, and our chef, Darwin Anderson, is a shinning light at Island Hospital!
