I love Island Hospital and highly recommend them on a regular basis. However, their bedside manner when answering the phone in the walk-in clinic/family services was pretty bad. I'm sure customer service can be stressful in that environment, but it really gives a negative impression when you are short with people who are calling for information.
Island Hospital Is the only place I want to go if I am ill!

They have a great staff at the birthing center. Made me feel comfortable, had a great birthing experience.
