This hospital does not treat all people equality. Shame on them.
I had a fantastic experience at Island Hospital in January of this year. The nurses were very attentive and friendly. The hospital is very clean. 5 days in the hospital was more than enough, but it was a good experience.
The food is awful, take your cooler if you want to eat. Lack of communication between shifts.
We've had many ER visits here and the nurses and doctors are wonderful! My granddaughter was also born at Island Hospital. The L&D dept. is amazing. I will not go to any other hospital.
