Our first visit last night. Food was delicious, our server was superb, great wine list, wonderful vibe.
Visited Pine Knolls several years in a row and always make a stop at Island Grille!! Excellent food every time!!
Had the blackened swordfish w/ Gorgonzola cream sauce last night and it was to die for! Ken was awesome as usual and got a nice tip!
On the BOGO nights I get the Shrimp and Scallops over pasta and my husband gets the filet. The food is excellent, the staff are friendly and very prompt. I highly recommend it. As a matter of fact we had friends visiting from Alabama and carried them there. We all let full and happy!
