We LOVE the Island Grille....it IS a small place and therefore, a bit noisy; however, the BOGO on Monoday and Tuesday nights and the excellent food is worth a trip here. My husband and I have been going to this wonderful restaurant for many years and will continue to do so. BEWARE: Do not go without a reservation or you may be dining somewhere else.

Went there for my 40th birthday last night with 2 friends. The food was the best we've had in our life. We shared the filet mignon and the crab cakes, they were so fantastic there are no words to describe it. We did a little dance with every bite! Worth every penny! We sat at the bar and the service from ken was terrific too! I would recommend this place to anyone! :)
THE most phenomenal filet mignon! Asked for Pittsburgh style and prepared to perfection! Thanks Josh, you rock! Service was excellent and Ken made a Cosmo to dye for� Aimee was kind enough to get us a last minute table for hubby's birthday, place was packed but she somehow pulled a rabbit out of her hat. Love your face darling�

The seafood is fresh and always delicious. I really enjoy the salads. There is also a nice variety of delicious desserts. The service is always great!
