The best cheese grits I’ve ever eaten. Loved the environment. Friendly staff and great drinks. Wonderful experience!
Mahi aren't running this time of year locally. I feel like you should be more knowledgeable on the species locally or have more honest fish dealers.

Our server wrote local on the board. We weren’t misrepresenting anything. This isn’t a wicked big business trying to misrepresent local seafood. We have 10 employees working this time of the year. Why don’t you think about them when writing your “honest” reviews? You could have just PM’d us. We could have mentioned it to the server. In the area for business and stumbled upon this place Monday night by accident. Sat at the bar, and was amazed at the Monday and Tuesday specials! “Key West Ken” behind the bar was great! Had the Wahoo for dinner, the key lime for dessert, and felt the need to come back the following night. Dinner was amazing as usual! The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of. There was a slight issue with the phones and making reservations, so I sent a Facebook message. I received a reply within 30 minutes!!! They apologized and made sure we could put in like reservation that night.
First time visiting the Island Grille and it did not disappoint. My wife and I ordered the filet mignon and it was perhaps the best i have ever eaten. The sauce which topped it was to die for. Small quaint place, reservations recommended.
