Fabulous super high quality meal from start to finish. Extensive wine list. Island Grill is my new go to when in Atlantic Beach!
Great food and awesome service.
Our food was fantastic. i had the crabcakes..lumps nofiller. My huaband had shrimp scallops and grits. Small place but we got in.
Friendly service ,scallops,fillet mignon delicious . Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

We were here early. Sat at the bar and had the best bartender ever. Ordered the filet of beef and yellowfin tuna! Excellent food! Will definitely be back.
