Very disappointed in the way they handled the results of imaging from St Augustine Imaging. (not real happy with them either). When someone (Medical Assistant) tells you that they are going to do something I expect them to do it. I was supposed to get a phone call to tell me if anything serious was on the radiology report. No phone call. It has now been 4 days and no report on the St Augustine Imaging patient portal. In this digital world they could do better.
When I visited Dr. Morales for the first time a while back, he ordered a series of blood tests. I told him I was leaving the following week on a long trip. He said I could call in to discuss the test results if they were abnormal. The tests showed what appeared to be some seriously abnormal results which were unknown to me prior to the test.
