Jamie Garcia was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable speaking with him. He took the time to do a quality inspection and took photos so I can see the damages. Our Champion AC tech, Zack, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and complete in his service work. he worked hard to find the replacement air handler fan and motor required to fix our AC problem and completed the work the same day as the service call. He also made a suggestion that we install surge protectors on the circuit breaker boxes for both our outside unit and for our upstairs air handler unit. The top of the company work hard to keep their customers happy. I have been with them for years and after I had an issue recently with getting someone out to to my home on the weekend due to miscommunication within the company, top management called me directly to apologize and do what they could to make the situation better. I appreciated them taking the time to care and respond.
The service tech Edward was excellent! He serviced our A/C and even washed down the outside unit.
Mike is an excellent Service Technician. He is very thorough in his diagnostics and works meticulously to make sure everything is working properly. He is a very knowledgeable and professional person. I will definitely recommend him.
