I phoned their office in the early afternoon. Vanessa handled the call professionally. She dispatched the tech, Jose, who was also very professional. He had my A/C up and running after an extensive cleaning which solved my leaking problem. Completed in less than 4 hours from the first call. Champion AC is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Two stars only because of quick time to get there. Otherwise rest of experience was horrible and price was gouged and manipulated by technician in the field. Have invoices for proof showing $229.00 for the price of the capacitor. Service on HVAC unit on residential house was performed on 08/30/2021. They arrived promptly and their tech found bad capacitor (Model: TRCFD455) in outside unit. I spoke with Ashley a few weeks back to schedule my winter HVAC check up. I called early to get on the schedule. She was able to schedule a good time for me. Trey arrived right on time and after checking with me went right to work. He was masked and carefully maintained a good distance between us. He was inside a time or two to change thermostat settings, etc. Soon he was finished and reviewed his findings with me. All good this time. I've had a contact with this company for a few years. Found out it was recently sold and it makes more sense to me now because the original owner would NEVER allow this kind of service to his customers. My AC went out. They were quick to respond I'll give them that. I was quoted the same exact price of $539 for 2 different parts which I found to be odd. This is also a discounted price because I'm on contract. Our AC went out and we contacted Champion for an estimate. We initially were thinking of repair, but after meeting Jaime Garcia and hearing all our options we purchased a new system. His knowledge and professionalism made the decision easy. No pressure, plus he brought his own air cooler for us to use for the night until our new system was installed, just like he promised! Thanks again Jaime, keep up the excellent customer service.
