Don't use Bud ******** in Lowell, AR. We made the mistake using them after seeing their advertisement for the heater and ac tune up special. Mistake #1 the special price is not for both the heating and cooling units but a separate charge per each unit. I was told need to replace leaky coils and add special light for mold, for $7,100. Was shocked !! So had second opinion and was told coil not leaking at all, Meter read, and light not necessary since mold very slight and insignificant. Everything in good working order. I will never call them again. This was a shame. Tech rep said he needed to light pilot, NO PILOT LIGHT!! It's automatic.
I strongly recommend Campion AC. From the first phone call to installation they exceeded my expectations. Cody came to my house for the initial inspection and quote. What an awesome gentleman. He's extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. Two days after the initial visit the installation was complete. Ernie installed the new unit in only 5-hours. Great installation and excellent service. The house was left sparkling clean. Champion AC is a first class company. Five stars!
Called Southern Air to service air conditioner, James ******** was the technician who arrived on time. Checked out my unit and compressor and was told all was good. Not only did he take time to look and check what he should have i received before he cleaned and after pictures that he took care of. He was truly knowledgeable and a great attitude. They are charging $169 per pound of refrigerant for an HVAC unit when other companies charge $65-$80. I was desperate to get my AC working this week and Bud Anderson was the only company able to come out same day. I honestly believe they are price gouging their customers that are desperate to live in a comfortable space.

Willard Technician Circuit Board Misdiagnosed. Darrell **** misdiagnosed and would have over charged me $800. Luckily I had the feeling to get a 2nd opinion. Darrell said my circuit board was bad and that the motor may be bad, but he didn't think so but to order in case. The quote was to replace the circuit board being the main objective to repair the downstairs unit and as a side piece to order the motor just in case something may be wrong with it. I bought a new AC unit 7 months ago, for 4 months it worked fine or so I thought. One day it went out. Since then I have called Champion AC 8 times and whatever the issue is still NOT fixed. They have sent out several different technicians, each one coming up with a different scenario of what is wrong, and none of the fixes have worked. Do not use this company, I called for a service call which was $90.00, had an electronic part that needed replacing, this part is nothing special and can be purchased at any local home improvement store for less than $25.00, ACS charged me $273.00 for the same part, I was scamed
Surgies improperly installed an Train roof unit on my house. The ac is defective and does not cool properly. It leaks water in my house. They have come out many times since October 2021 when it was installed (improperly). The water still comes in to my home and they sabotaged my roof by cutting it open and releasing the water under the roofing material that ran in from the AC unit.
