They are all about selling products and services while NOT actually providing those supposedly quality products and services. We were with this company for several years and to often had poor and limited customer services with hefty expenses. When we really needed them they failed us miserably Continuing to try and exhort money from us. So we simply had enough and decided to go with someone else that told us the truth and affordable dealt with our need. Do NOT USE this company.
We had the privilege of Champion Air Conditioning send out Jaime Garcia to provide us with an estimate to replace two air conditioning units. He is extremely well versed in the business yet explains the process in a manner that is quite easy to understand. He took as much time as we wanted to ensure we fully understand what we would be receiving and provided us with options and pricing that clearly made the process go as smooth as butter. Jaime is a tremendous asset for the company and those that he serves.
The Champion sales engineer, Jaime Garcia, was well helpful in explaining the work need, provided numerous options, and never made me feel pressured. Jaime Garcia acted professional and with compassion to my A/C needs for a new system. Several options were provided by him and he gave me the time to make a fully evaluation of the proposals.
Rep was very professional and took the time to explain the problem.
