We got a brand new Carrier unit installed to replace a 15-year old unit. It's harder to work on older homes like ours and these guys went above and beyond to get everything installed right. They worked hard all day and into the evening but when they left we had heat and air better than we've ever had. My wall furnace broke during the worst cold spell in a decade. It was a Sunday and the owner, Mr. Atchely, answered our call. He seemed genuinely concerned about our predicament and got a repairman on our job quickly. This company actually has great hold musicsongs about being on hold! Deron did an excellent job. He came for the yearly maintenance and spotted a few issues that needed fixed. Explained everything in detail and let us decide what we wanted to do. He came back the next day and took care of all our problems. Very professional.
