Michael left various bids for complete system. He was very professional and well detailed bid as opposed to other company. I got another bid from a company about $2000 lower. I researched Elite NATE and ACCA standings. ACCA q/a on recorded call said they are pending cancellation as of 9/2020 regarfing workers comp and liability? I do not see Elite listed on NATE. Jamie was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. This is the 3rd quote I've recieved for an AC replacement and he took the most time to actually understand what I wanted and to provide the best solution for my family.
