Had Derion come out and look at my heating unit that wasn't firing up. Super professional, polite, knew what he was looking at and able to relay it to me who lacks in the hear and air knowledge. Would recommend him to anyone needing simple maintenance/upgrade.

Champion installed my new system 4 years ago, and has serviced it both fall and spring since. They are always courteous, professional and thorough. I have complete confidence in their work and highly recommend them. Deron H was here today to check the system. During this Covid-19 time he and the tech here in June have been very responsible and safe-something much appreciated.

They were professional and affordable! Kim answered the phone and was extremely helpful. She communicated ALL of my information (what was wrong, troubleshooting, etc.) to the technician and scheduled us a same day diagnostic. Our technician (Tyler) was EARLY and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He informed us that the condensor and coil were dirty (which could cause future problems) but was not pushy about us paying for them to clean it. Caleb and Dustin came out today for my semi- annual HvAc check up and maintenance . They were both very professional and what I could tell being sort of a tech myself , knowledgeable . This time really paid off because of near future problem I could of had because of a pipe outlet pipe being semi- clogged . Very professional services, Janell did a great job explaining potential issues and preventive maintenance to our HVAC system as well as the cleaning all critical components.
We are looking for a HACV company to replace our unit. Jamie G*****, with Champion AC, came to inspect our system and provide us with a quote. He was right on time, very through in his inspection (finding things other companies had missed), a excellent communicator, and left us with enough information to make our decision.
