Marus was able to fix our issue saving us the cost of a new faucet. Always good results with Bud Anderson and the service agents.
Professional and customer focused. As with most AC issues, we had an immediate emergency. I texted Jaime at 5:00 on a Friday, he called back and showed up at 7:00 and got us squared away. Great commitment.

We had an excellent experience with Jaime. He has a background in real estate inspections, so he has an eagle eye to understand the customer's needs. He patiently presented all the options and didn't push anything that was not needed.
