The Atchley representative was thorough in his assessment of our needs and made sure we understood every item on the estimates. He explained each item and the advantages and disadvantages of each item. He asked several times if we had questions. If we did, he would get the necessary information right then. We could not ask for better service.

The technician did a thorough job in servicing my unit. However, as he presented the bill, he informed me that he had found a problem with the contact points with a range of repairs that ran from "band aid" for about $235 to platinum for about $900. I think that is an insult to offer a band aid solution and the platinum price is outrageous for that type of repair. If there is a problem with my system that needs to be addressed I need to see it before making a decision on how to correct it.

I have been using Atchley Air since I moved into my house back in 2000 and I have never been disappointed with any of the techs that have been sent out to service my unit. My last service was done by Jack ***** and Ellis (I believe that was the young man's name). They took their time and explained everything that they were doing. I plan on using Atchley Air for the long haul and I will recommend this company each and ever time some ask me who does the service for my unit.

They found a problem with my A/C when they came out to service it before summer. They ordered the parts and installed them in a timely manor. It is working great now. Very professional, dedicated, very knowledge personnel and was able to explain what the problem was and the cost to repair it. Highly recommand if you have any HVAC problems. Thanks,

We have used Air Tech's services for over ten years and are completely satisfied. We have always been able to have a service person respond to our request for either annual servicing or emergency repairs in a timely manner. Several years ago, on a cold winter night, our heater stopped working. I called Air Tech and within an hour a repairman arrived and in less than an hour had our heater up and running. We highly recommend Air Tech.

I am very pleased with the work done to replace my A/C system. My Advisor, *****, put together a package that met my needs and expectations. *******and ******, the installation team, arrived on time and completed the work very professionally. They kept me informed of their progress, answering my questions along the way. The system works well. By the way, Champion A/C replaced my other unit two years ago. Their good work then led me to call them the second time.

We are so happy with the work that Champion AC did at our home. We just recently had to replace our system due to many problems with our previous system that was oversized and creating microbial growth and high humidity. We also had issues with the old duct work since there was uneven airflow throughout the house leaving some rooms warm while others cool.
