I found Billy ********to be most informed in finding the cause of my AC problem and quickly with a plan to solve it. Every question I had for him always came with an answer I could understand. We were back up in less than 20 min. By the way, my call at 7:15 AM asking for help with my problem was answered from her car coming into work. Beat that! ******* *

Worst service I have EVER received. The service guy calls me two hours ahead to tell me he finished his job early and wants to head over. Terrific, I think! He arrives, and is immediately on the phone regarding another job. During our entire visit he was on the phone addressing an issue somewhere else. He gets off the phone briefly and we speak; I explain what is going on and he receives another call. While on the phone, he is examining my unit and determines I have a leak. Technician was courteous, efficient, on time and helpful showing me what to do and not do with unit. I had Champion replace my old system in Oct 2018. This visit was a service call to check my system. I have been well pleased with all Champions employees and service.

Only company out of three that didn't try to sell me unmecessary repairs. My new ac company!!
I started using Air Tech of Houston for annual system maintenance 2 years ago. They will be my residential AC tech of choice as long as I live in an area they service.
