I deserted an AC company I had been using for 15 years to hire these folks based on recommendation from my son. The experience was OUTSTANDING from consultation thru the install. As an added value add, the team was able to tweak the air duct system to make one part of our house much more comfortable. The install team was A++, very careful and worked hard to get two systems installed in one day. Icing on the cake that this firm hires veterans.

Elite did exactly what they said they would do. They were on time and professional. I have had several installations of A/C systems at the homes that I have owned. This Elite installation was the best of any of the previous installations.
Great service. My advisor, ***** **, was very helpful explaining everything. He provided me with temporary coolers til my AC was installed. The installers, *******., ****** **, and ******. were friendly, efficient and cleaned everything up when finished. Use of thermostat was explained to me. *****returned when I had more questions and explained again, very helpful.

I was upset, having problems with the air/ furnace fan. Michele was so calm trying to help. She assured me a technician will come in the morning. Brian came, diagnosed, took time to explain the problem. Very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable.
