When you have a problem with you AC system, the first thing you desire is to have the system serviced in an expedient manor(as fast as possible in a hot Texas climate). We’ve used AirTech since 2013 for everything from checkups and filter replacements to installation of a 5-ton furnace and coil plus replacing all the ductwork in a two-story home. They are always courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and tidy. All the staff in the office and in the field are great. This is a company that we’ll stick with, for sure.
Dana was sent out to repair our air conditioner and clean up the mess from a previous service call. After surveying the job and evaluating what was done before he zeroed in on the problems and fixed them correctly. As a plus he completely cleaned the outside compressor cabinet and coils of leaves and debris leaving it looking and performing like new. I have used Air Tech to trouble shoot AC problems in several homes that I owned since 2017 and am pleased by their technical competence (not trying to sell you a new system to resolve the problem but providing alternative and cheaper solutions) and customer service. They are also punctual and provide text message of arrival time with a picture of the technician.
