Excellent Dr attentive and knowledgeable
Very patient!
Dr. Rao stated 'the internet says I am a pain management doctor but I am not a pain management doctor'. He told me there is nothing wrong with me. I explained thoroughly and filled out the patient questionnaire. His office staff stated they lost a fax containing my injuries from physical therapist. They refused to authorize my diagnostic imaging. They were very condescending and unprofessional to me and my wife. Since then I have been treating with Dr. Cook. Awesome experience1
After waiting 6 months to get an appointment with Dr Goldfaden, my visit was hastily given. I wanted to establish myself with a dermatologist after going through a bad experience last year with undiagnosed rash and hives, etc. Dr Goldfaden overtalks your conversation while you are trying to explain your main reason for making an appointment and not just for a skin check. I was disappointed and sorry I waited so long to see her for such a rushed and unsatisfied visit. I will not see her again and would not recommend her.
