Very professional, yet approachable Caring and knowledgeable Ancillary staff is a cut above every other practice I frequent A caring group who did everything they could to have me seen as a new patient in this area. I was in pain for a week and called 3 other practices who could only say 'Sorry, no availability until December. Thank you Dr Galandauer and staff

The staff was professional and kind. It was easy to make the appointment. I was a bit nervous at first but Dr. Galandauer was friendly and informative.
Dr G. diagnosed me with IBS which I had been struggling with for a long time but didn't know what it was. I saw him again when i experienced constipation, and appreciated his concern and suggesting of an additional test. I am relieved to have found someone who would expand their attention to something besides my GERD. A staff member also personally recommended him while I was at an appointment - apparently he frequents visits to hospitals so he has a more well rounded experience. Dr Galandauer's work was professional and expeditious in his evaluation of the symptoms. However, the experience prior to arrival at Summit Health was not timely, or, in any manner, efficient. Prior to the day of the appointment, there were FOUR confirmations [ of the appoibtment ] required. 1. The digital check-in. 2. Via IA algorithm automated call. 2.
