Everyone was friendly
Did my first appointment on-line with Dr Galandauer, I appreciated the on-line option as it saved me time and he was very helpful and our consultation started exactly on time. This weeks I had a colonoscopy with his team at 140 Park Ave. Everything was perfect, excellent knowledgeable nurses, attention to the detail in the care (like using warmed up blankets) and constantly checking on me if I needed anything, as I was waiting for the procedure. I've been seeing Dr. Galandauer for a few years now. He's fantastic - kind, energetic, a great listener, willing to answer all questions with patience. His treatment plan for me has been appropriate and not overly invasive (my medical condition is currently in remission). I can't imagine having a poor experience with him.
Although Dr. Galandauer was not able to see me in person due to the corona virus pandemic, he was able set up a teleconference visit with me, to discuss my case and next steps. He made the process so easy , and was patient throughout the call, taking his time and answering all of my questions. I'm looking forward to a personal appointment, once the virus is past. I'm very happy I was referred by my G.I. doctor to Dr. Galandauer. He came highly recommended and I can see why.
