Dr. Galandauer and the office and nursing staff were welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I left feeling that I have a plan in place for my treatment, and I am grateful for the doctor's willingness to listen and talk over my concerns.
Did my first appointment on-line with Dr Galandauer, I appreciated the on-line option as it saved me time and he was very helpful and our consultation started exactly on time. This weeks I had a colonoscopy with his team at 140 Park Ave. Everything was perfect, excellent knowledgeable nurses, attention to the detail in the care (like using warmed up blankets) and constantly checking on me if I needed anything, as I was waiting for the procedure. Dr. Galandauer has excellent bedside manner and explained my upcoming procedure very well. He answered all of my questions and I feel very confident using him as my GI physician.
