This is more about the change since Dr. Marzella joined Summit Medical Group. Once a physician I trusted and always felt comfortable calling, that is no longer the case. It's changed to a cold, rude atmosphere where you are unable to have the person who answers the phone respect your request or concerns. Forget even getting to speak to his nurse when he is away. It's nothing but a business now, and I no longer feel cared for or validated. This is due to the staff. And I am so disappointed as I once felt so confident with him... read more
