She does not listen to her patients. She has a playbook she follows only. No variations regardless if what she is doing is helping or not. My visits with her were a complete waste of time and money.

My previous Gastro Doc at Summit Health retired and I was due for a colonoscopy. I picked Dr. Dalena based on his superb background and excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. He was very informative and has a very friendly and supportive manner. The procedure was handled very efficiently and professionally. This was my first experience with him and I made an excellent choice.

caring,empathy,really giving me hope he can control my pain,and showing how badly he felt i was feeling a recurrence of bad pain. .. He was and is determined to help regain my quality of life back. Such a sweet kind hearted doctor, and so reassuring , Continuous pain is just so awful, biut he gave me hope we will fixit. Staff defines best ever customer service!!!
