Office staff and Dr. Dalena are professional and courteous. Office is clean and well organized.
This office dose not deserve 1 star. I called to fill a prescription and was greeted with a hostile receptionist. There was reasons why the office didn't want to fill the prescription. I was pushing back and she didn't like it. This girl was so nasty (i was in shock) So, I asked to speak to a nurse and this women got on the phone with a vile hate-filled attitude. Worst dr I have ever been to. Condescending hardly answers questions or is sarcastic
Dr. Galandauer was extremely personable and took his time with my appointment. I felt listened to and that I was receiving exceptional care. He took into consideration all relevant health history and invited conversation regarding my symptoms and treatment options. I couldn't recommend him highly enough! Best, most professional doctor I've seen in years!
