Staff efficient and friendly. Dr. Galandauer very upbeat, realistic, answered questions thoroughly.
This was a consultation and I was nervous about it, but Dr. Galandauer was calm which made me calm and explained what he wanted to do. I was very impressed with him and his staff that I met with.
