Iron Girlz has been very beneficial to me in the social realm of life. I tend to be a homebody (okay, I rarely ever go anywhere to socialize) and IG has given me a safe and comfortable place where I “can let my hair down” and get that healthy socialization that we humans need. I have developed some amazing friendships that I hold near and dear to my heart. 🥰❤️💪
Everything about this place is great. The attitude of the ladies, makes it a wonderful environment for transformation.
iron girlz is a very welcoming , uplifting ,energetic , amazing place to workout. if you are looking for that type of atmosphere to work out in, then you have to give them a try.
I’ve decided Iron Girlz is my place!! Stepped away for awhile and ended up back because I recognized I wasn’t being consistent with my workouts and got lazy with eating habits. The Iron Girlz crew (both instructors and members) is amazing and will hold you accountable. They will lift you up when you’re down and push you when you don’t think you can do any more.

Iron Girlz is like no other gym I've ever been apart of. Ive tried boot camps, big gyms and tried to do things on my own and I've never been able to stay inspired and motivated whe working hard and having fun all at the same time. I'm down 25lbs in 6 months and cant wait to see myself get to my goal weight on 2019.
Iron Girlz is a great group of ladies! I love the hard work, the accountability, and the motivation I get from the ladies and the trainers. Highly recommend Iron Girlz!
This is my 2nd time joining a 21 day challenge. I like the experience you get with this gym, especially the fact that it is all women and everyone is friendly. the soreness you get from working out you know that it is all worth it in the end. I got this.
