One of the many reasons I like this gym, the trainers, they are actually several reasons. They all work hard to make sure you are getting your best work out, Tracy, Baylee, Jen, Michelle and Vanessa are working with us to help us be the best us. And I can't forget Lisa at the front desk, she takes care of all of us and always meets us with a positive attitude. Try it, it's amazing, and they always work to make it even better.

I am so glad that I signed up the 28 day challenge. Tracy and all the lovely trainers were amazing. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say. I loved everything from the workouts, the music, equipment, and trainers. Thank you Irongirlz for all that you do for us ladies! I am loving my results and will continue to keep up my fitness training and healthy diet �
