RecommendedIron Girlz is AWESOME! The group classes are amazing and truly make you feel like a bad a$$ when complete! They challenge you with exercises but also help you with form & modifications if needed. Truly a place that accepts all, regardless of ability. They also have so many awesome programs where nutrition is involved. Highly recommend!!!!!

From my first step through the door, I felt very welcomed. This feels more like an exclusive invitation to a ladies-only club than a gym. I'm so glad I grabbed my spot as I found out they only have a few spots left. If you're on the fence, get off it and join. The value is exceeding my expectations. Thank you Iron girlz!!
I loved the upbeat & positive vibe of IRON Girlz! I love that they focus on accountability so that you can really see results over time, not many gyms are like that!

Horrible trainer.. always on phone no encouragement unless you fit in with the ppl there..who were very rude stuck up and just plain mean ..everyone there..are related or known each other awhile i felt like an fat outsider...nobody was friendly except the owner... she just didnt want to give me my money back just free classes that i did not want!!! i couldnt do arm exercises cuz i hyper extented my elbow in front of the trainer while she was in her phone..nothing was done..just a free class!!...
