Great service friendly recommended
Stay away. We replaced the glass on an iPhone here. The screen he put on the phone is almost unusable. The screen is not responsive, it messes with the sensors and is probably a cheap Amazon replacement. When we contacted them back, he said that there was a guarantee and we should have paid for a premium plan. I should have read the reviews, this guy does nothing but rip people off.
Take your business somewhere else. These people only care about your money.
I had an awful experience when I stopped in on Thursday. Mind you, I called several times to confirm an appointment, I have bought and sold a phone here. I brought some old electronics in. He asked how much I wanted for them. I clearly said to him “I have no idea what they are worth so please suggest a price” and he said in a mocking tone “How much do you want for them.” I said a price. I would give a negative 5 if I could…. People be aware. I dropped my phone in water and went to these people and they charged me 150 for I believe the middle acceptance to have your phone in working condition… I ask the guy as we talked back and fourth as he said I would recommend the premium which was I believe was 200 + I informed the guy if I went with the middle package which was below the preferred “ premium “ as he insisted that I go with the premium cause it would be under warranty .
