As dental visits go, this was one of the more pleasant ones As dental visits go, this was one of the more pleasant ones I have had. Had cavities and three crowns to get done. Dr. Vaksman was able to accommodate my schedule for the treatments. They had music playing in the background here, I rather enjoyed it. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time when calling, and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They had plenty of magazines for me to look through but never really got to read them - never had to wait when arriving for an appointment.

Made Me Feel Special Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing. They are very attentive. During my visit, Dr. Vaksman was notified of a personal phone call, and waited to take it later. Their full attention was always on me and it made me feel special. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Dr. Vaksman's office is like a breath of fresh air! She is extremely talented and gentle and a very knowledgable dentist, as well. I went to her to get several crowns replaced and denture made. I had been to numerous dentist prior to coming to her office and had some very bad experiences. The work she did was painless and like a work of art! I now have my teeth back and can smile again! I highly reccomend Dr. Vaksman and her wonderful staff!
