Not a good Experience at all. showed up for my appointment at 10 am and was told about an hour in a half for an oil change which is fine no worries because I have to see collision as well while I am here. First thing after about 20 min the guy taking care of me said that the keys got locked in the car not really sure how that happens but I am told they are bring someone to pop the lock and that will take about 20min ok fine accidents happen get that.
