I want to thank Steve Mahan, Bill Collier and Diane White and the service technician who worked on my 2007 Toyota Camry this past Saturday which was towed in due to a battery and alternator issue. Steve stayed late to ensure the car was towed properly to the service bay Thursday night, Diane took all of the info to get this car into the Ira service database and Bill kept me abreast of what service work needed to get done on the car. I had an immediate need for a new tire. Had waited 2 1:2 hours for Toyota roadside assistance. Got the donut spare in my car and drove to IRA without an appointment. Not only did they squeeze me in to replace my tire, they noticed I was due for my 15000 mile maintenance and offered to do that as well, this saving me a trip.
