RecommendedI always take my car there to get looked at and whatever needs to get done. The staff there is very friendly. I was just there the other day Bill Collier was very helpful, making sure if I needed anything while I was waiting to get my car looked at and told me what I needed to get done for the near future. Ira Toyota of Danvers had a huge inventory of vehicles, they were easy to deal with and had the best prices.
Bought a used truck, traded my old truck. The price on the new truck was the best I could find using Car Gurus and my trade was at the upper end of what I could find for trade value. Ritchie in sales took good care of me and a deal was struck rather quickly, even gave me another $200 off when I mentioned I was a veteran. Love my new truck, couldn't be happier.
Service has been good...except one time, had service but car was not washed. When I inquired The rep ran fingers. Over the trunk and said just take a hose to it and it will come off...
this was my 1st experience purchasing a car on my own and Ira ruined that experience for me and my children... I am a single mother widow and I was sold a car that not only already has issues but does not drive in the snow... AT ALL... I was charged $750 to replace the inside roof that was black and nasty one in which they would have had to replace to sell to anyone else... Too expensive I am a senior we should be given a discount. The rate you charge per hour is high way robbery. I will never come back their again. Plus your not paying those people who work for you that great either. The wait was too long as well.
