I took my lease Sienna in for routine maintenance and was told that my tires needed to be replaced. The mileage on my car is only 16,000 so I am now assuming that my tires were switched during a prior maintenance and tire rotation appointment there. The tires are horribly bad. I have driven enough cars to know that tires need to be replaced at least 30,000 miles. Now I have to pay for tires on a vehicle I’m returning in December. Steve M. gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done, explained it simply, test drive it to listen to what sounds I was hearing and really took the time. He even prioritized it as essential and what needs to be done later. He did not try to sell me extra stuff I did not need to make Service Manager of the month. I like that about Steve and this place. Plus multiple clean and comfortable waiting areas.
Gary Cooper is very helpful. This is the second car I bought at Ira Toyota and Gary always was very helpful. I came to Ira because of Gary. I hope IRA knows how good of an employee Gary is and I will be buying the next car from Gary!
