Service manager Steve is awesome.
I had a great experience this time at Toyota in Danvers. Bill Collier was very caring and patient. He helped me to get a loner car and made sure I had a ride home and back. He went over repairs with me making sure I didn’t forget anything. I liked the idea of using Lyft or Uber to provide rides for clients.
