Communication was iffy. I got the typical auto response e-mails, but the initial sales contact responded, asking if I wanted a test drive. I tried to make an appointment but got no response. I just showed up to the dealership, got a test drive and the usual sales pitches. In the end, they implied that if I didn't buy that very second, not only would the price go up, but that I clearly was never really interested. Sales team was great. I have A+ credit and financed the vehicle through my credit union. The finance team there didn’t like the check from my credit union and jerked me around sending me back and forth. I live an hour away and had to arrange rides a couple times to pick up the vehicle. They made me feel like a low life trying to scam them I didn’t appreciate it and will never do business with them again.

Best dealership I have dealt with, not pushy great phone communications with salesman no pressure made time to see me at my leisure showed me vehicles of my interest ended up buying a H3 Hummer here, love it I will be sending family and friends to buy from Ira Pre-Owned, ask for Mike Lewis my sales consultant
