AVOID AT ALL COST! Do not wast your time like I and others did. Set up an appointment to test drive a car the day before and called the morning of the test drive to confirm that the car was available and was told that it was ready. Told Mike the GM that I was coming from Boston and wanted to make sure it was ready for the test drive. He told me it was and as soon as I step foot in the dealership he greeted me and told me the car was just sold. Absolutely ridiculous! This was a classic bait and switch. When you think about that stereotype of used cars salesmen, that’s what you’ll get here. They served me classic bait and switch. Called about a car I saw. Sales guy 1 told me I better get a financing application in ASAP as many others interested. I did. I called back and he said great how do you want to pay (Amex, MasterCard, Visa)? (He was dead serious.) I said of course I wanted to talk rated and financing options first and ensure I could test drive the car without losing my deposit. Condescending and scattered. Seemed uninterested in making a sale. General manager never even responded to my email stating my concerns, nor did he reach out to me privately. Did put on a good show asking me to reach out to him though. I had every intention of buying from them, but they lost me with how I was treated.
