It is always awkward when people have to negotiate a price for a service or product but Ira Preowned gets an "A" from this teacher of 40 years for their professionalism, timeliness and quality of product delivered. I was very happy with my experience with Ira of Exeter. They went beyond my expectations and though I was not able to purchase a vehicle from them I feel they did all they could to try and make it happen in the parameters I had to work with. Stephen James is a fair and understanding salesman who did not candy-coat the situation but still tried his best to get me into the car I wanted. If my financing issues weren't present and the situation was different I would have happily purchased a vehicle from them.

I had one simple question was a contacted me about this car after my online information request. After seven attempts to get the same answer, they just stop answering my calls. These people are useless.
