Contacted internet sales on Friday, made appt to buy car on Sun. Was told car would put on hold. Arrived Sun no one knew anything. Car had been sold, no call, plenty of appolgies but not helpful. Second time with IRA dealership.
The salesman went above and beyond by staying even after they had closed so we could check out the car. Was very helpful in answering all our questions about the car we were interested in. Ended up buying the car from them, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car!
Great vehicle, love it. Sales representative Steve was a nice guy but I was a little taken back by his boss deciding he needed $ 200 more to complete a $24,000 deal. Really?
I lost the opportunity to by the car because my work time is difficult... but they do the best...
Very nice gentleman there quiet low pressure, cordial easy going. Location is low key I went by this location in Exeter 3 times late in the day so I guess they were closed. We did speak later on and I took and Xterra for a test drive. Very professional. He followed up with a phone call that the vehicle had sold.

When asked if the dealer was merely willing to negotiate the price of the car, they cut off all lines of communication and refused to answer any of my attempts to contact the sales staff. This is customer service at its lowest, and much worse, the dealer gives the impression they are unwilling to sell the car once questions are asked.
Dealer was prompt to provide information and accommodating to arrange seeing the car, as we had a two + hour drive to see the car. I recommend them highly.
